How many kilobytes peer second the “Pro IRC” account can upload?

No, I mean what is the average upload speed
Ex. 100-200 kilobytes peer second.

could be 100 or 200 or whatever, depends on where you are at and what backbones you are crossing etc... there is no limit placed on the irc servers here other then the physical lines and those vary on the irc network so we make no guarantees of any download speeds etc... irc is not dependent on any download speeds as you probably know - if download speeds are important and you are doing regular website hosting then you should get a server on our regular network where each server can burst to 90megabits.
