This shows up constantly in my IPFW denied packets log. Just wondering if this is a Atjeu service, or something else? Happens every 2 minutes.

224.0.0.0-239.255.255.255 is used for multicast.
It has been a while since I worked with multicast so I don't remember all of the details of how it works, but it is probably a harmless packet sent to everyone polling for group membership.
