What do you like Least about Atjeu Hosting: I liked very much the contact in the first years of Atjeu. Now, it seems we are a bit more like numbers. Services is still great but I no more have the impression that the guys remember who we are. smile.gif New team members or simply too large team today ?
We agree with you to a certain extent there. This is yet another reason that we dont want to go with the "walmart" hosting packages. Atjeu does not have a big warehouse to fill with servers, in fact space is very limited. We also re-read our own "about us" page which lists our vision and mission as a company... check this out...

Thats they way we started Atjeu and thats the way we want it to continue. The biggest problem arises when we get compared to the "walmart" hosting companies. Atjeu will never be the cheapest and will never offer the most for the least amount of money... thats not the kind of hosting company that we want to be. To be the cheapest and offer the most for the least generally means an impersonal experience for the customer and it means having a warehouse you need to fill. Space is limited at Atjeu and we dont want to go out and buy a warehouse for the servers. We want to maintain exactly what we state in our about us with the emphasis on this "Knowing our customers by name, maintaining a small company atmosphere, and building long term business relationships that stand the test of time and that are mutually beneficial to both our customers, your customers, and our respective companies profitability. "
We are certainly sorry it doesnt seem as personal as it used to be. The truth is we have had to hire a lot more people and we have had to reduce prices and take on more servers to make the same amount of money so that may explain why some of our newer people dont know you by name, but we are still attempting to keep the growth of the company such that we always have the small company atmosphere.
We are here to serve the customers we have to the best of our ability, always attempting to do everything within our power to make them happy. We make no attempts to compete with the "walmart" hosting companies and we definitely dont want to be in the same category. Atjeu is more of a niche hosting company. Quality product, quality service, small company atmosphere at a reasonable price and we will continue to strive to achieve that. Feel free to bring to our attention anytime that you feel treated like a number rather then a person and we will do everything we can to correct that!
