You are now able to add extra logins to SAM called 'Tech Logins'. These 'Tech Logins' have access to SAM help desk and diagnostic features but non of the billing or account information. You are able to add as many of these logins as you wish.
Please remember that if one of these techs forget their password you need to help them by creating a new password for them. Primarily for security issues Atjeu techs will not be able to create or modify these extra logins - they are solely your responsibility. Also be aware that any person that you allow to have a 'Tech Logins' will have access to tell Atjeu techs what to do about your server.
You can create, update, and remove these login by using the 'Password Administration' link under 'Account Info'.
