Atjeu has Released S.A.M., our customer Support and management system. Sam allows you to do all your billing functions including checking invoices, printing invoices and detailed charges, it is a complete help desk ticketing support system, a complete ip and reverse dns record management system, a complete bandwidth usage tracking and graphing system, a complete spam report and tracking system for your account, and it also includes diagnostic tools for your servers. More features are being added daily!. All accounts have access to SAM!

What does the SPAM report do?

Every spam complaint that comes into atjeu that references your server(s), ip's, domains etc... is tracked, logged and saved - you get a report of the total number per month per server/account, and you can view each complaint's contents.

None of the bandwidth images work in S.A.M. - I don't know for how long, last time I checked was a couple of weeks ago and back then it was fine.

When viewing an open support ticket in S.A.M., there is a bunch of good links on the right side - I've been trying to locate them anywhere else in the system, but they don't seem to appear anywhere else, not even when viewing a closed ticket. Having them at a place where they can always be reached would be cool.
