Atjeu does not allow IRC on its main network, however, Atjeu has setup a separate network for IRC hosting. Details are here http://www.atjeu.com/irc.html
Anyone who is interested in IRC or shell hosting will have to sign up for one of the IRC packages. The reason for this is to keep the ddos risk down on the main Atjeu network. DDos protection is implemented on the IRC network.
